DOK ‘61 was born thanks to the skilful blending of Zibibbo wine (also called Moscato d’Alessandria) with Adriatic seawater, bitter orange root beer (‘chinotto’), plums, cardamon, dandelion, Roman absinthe and other natural infusions and extracts.
